Absolutely complacent management and maintenence. The landlord is an air headed ding bat of a dirty old cotton swab that fails to educate herself on her own business and course of action. After closer inspection, none of the property had insulation, there are obvious gaps in construction which allow vision between neighboring apartments. Half assed remodel with leftover nails and staples blatantly painted over instead of properly dealt with. The situation as a whole is a mess. This is regarding the property on Rogers in Skiatook, I can only imagine what the rest their property is like.
